Q: What are campaigns in ESO?

Campaigns are PvP “instances” in Cyrodiil you can join.

Every time you join Cyrodiil, you will only be able to interact (see, fight) players who are in the same campaign as you are.

You can join other campaigns as a guest but you will not be gaining the same benefits as when fighting in your “Home” campaign.
